SubZero Constructors is a large, successful nation-wide enterprise who had one big problem: they couldn’t find a creative team that had the capability to lead them through the process of a website redesign from beginning to end. After three failed attempts with other agencies, what SubZero needed was strong creative leadership, a commitment to the company, and the ability to get the job done. Subzero brought on Scene Marketing Group to help manage the project.
After SMG’s initial situation analysis, Shannon focused on two main areas affecting SubZero’s ability to achieve their goal: branding and resources. She brought on a photographer and videographer team, Jacob Williamson and Ryan Chapman, to capture the essence and story of what makes SubZero tick. Meanwhile, SMG collaborated with creative partners located just minutes from the client’s corporate headquarters, to work on the brand identity. This strategy helped SubZero Constructor’s leadership team finally get over the hurdle of aligning the goals, mission, and values of the organization with their visual identity, creating a solid foundation to execute on the web redesign project.
Thanks to the dedication and hard work of all involved, SubZero Constructor now has an entirely new suite of digital assets, both still photography and video, logo evolution, brand identity guide, customized PowerPoint program for RFP’s and team meetings, a completely overhauled website, business cards and letterhead, as well as an on-going strategic plan. Patient, purposeful, and passionate – Shannon cares about her clients and SubZero is a very special one in her books.
